Midwest engaged 91制片厂 as the construction manager for 12 health fitness clubs located throughout the St. Louis and Metro East areas. Poettker collaborated early with Planet Fitness during the site selection process to provide constructability reviews and construction budgeting to determine the best locations to fit their needs.
Key program details include:
- 3 projects consisting of new 30,000 SF, two-story health clubs. These are the largest and most well-equipped Planet Fitness locations in the region. Construction of each location was completed within 7 months
- 9 projects entailing the tenant fit-out or vacant retail store conversion into new fitness centers. Some locations also featured future whitebox tenant spaces. Construction of each location was completed within 4 months.
