Continental Tire CVT Max Building

91ÖÆƬ³§ was selected as the general and coordinating contractor for Continental Tire’s 104,505 SF Commercial Vehicle Tire (CVT) Max Building Expansion.

This project entailed the relocation and removal of existing building walls in order to expand operations to the east and south.Ìý Temporary exterior barrier walls were constructed to keep the existing facility in operation until the new addition was weather tight.

A portion of this facility included a 37 feet wide, 150 feet long, 30 feet deep multi-level curing trench drain where the specialized tire equipment was located.
